Today we bit into summer. We started with a gorgeously round watermelon, shrieked with delight when we saw it’s juicy redness inside and ended with a pile of green, smiling rinds, declaring happily that watermelon is our FAVOURITE fruit!

Summer wouldn’t be the same without watermelon. You know we tried to grow some last year and trying again this year. Haven’t succeeded yet! Maybe this year.. What we so love doing each summer is visiting the strawberry farms and picking our own. Maybe we’ll go along tomorrow and see how the picking is coming along. Enjoy the rest of your week!
