Layla Jane Singer-Wilson
Layah Jane Singer-Wilson is a Toronto Waldorf School graduate. She is a Folk/Soul Singer and has released five albums to date. Layah has played at a number of festivals including the Rochester International Jazz Fest, The Ottawa Folk Festival, and Canadian Music Week. Heralded by The Toronto Star as a ‘spine chilling talent’, Layah is the recipient of the Ontario Independent Music Awards for Best Female Artist and Best Folk, the Toronto Independent Music Award for Best Jazz, and the CBC Galaxie Rising Star Award. She is also a registered homeopathic practitioner.
This documentary was directed by fellow Waldorf Alumnus, Nadia Tan, whom we had the privilege of having here on Discovering Waldorf a few years ago. Here is her wonderful guest appearance.
