Welcome to Friday’s Nature Table where we share our nature inspired posts and creations.
Each week I feature a link from the week before… when I saw this post from Handwork Homeschool, I knew I just had to share it… isn’t it wonderful… Elizabeth knitted her children a little farm!
I am particularly in love with knitted story blankets and I so badly want one for my own family. I have been working on a knitted story blanket since Christmas (my Christmas gift from Santa was a basket full of beautiful yarn for my story blanket). It is a labor of love. But, as it is taking SO long, I have entered this raffle (a Maple Village School Fundraiser) for a chance of winning a custom-made story blanket! Buy a ticket for your own chance of winning it! $5 is nothing for a chance of owning such a beautiful work of art!
If you want your link to be chosen for next week’s feature, please be sure to include a link-back somewhere on your blog to The Magic Onions.
Blessings and magic,
Donni

Have a lovely weekend !
And thank you for hosting this Linky party Donni,
warm greetings sas
I, too, am in love with the knitted story blankets. Unfortunately, I am only a beginner knitter. Have you ever considered doing a swap where each person knits the same square for every member of the group? Each group member would end up with one square from each person. Those who can’t knit or crochet could maybe make animals or trees or fences to contribute.
Have a great weekend!
Julie
This is so pretty! I love story blankets too, but I don’t think they are my kids thing!
I adore the knitted story blanket! Thanks so much for hosting…Aloha, Lori
Thanks, Lori :-)
