Christmas shopping has started in earnest in the shop. As soon as Halloween is over, the Christmas goodies start to fly off the shelves. It becomes more exciting each year. Everything I have is handmade. I get crazy busy towards mid November. I work long hours… happily, because I love what I do. Within a few weeks of Christmas I can’t imagine I’ll ever get all the last minute treasures to their eager owners… but I do. Every last one of them. And then the happy ‘thank you’ notes come flooding in. Christmas is intoxicating, exhilarating. I LOVE it.
