Fifty Two weeks in nature… a series of photos each week to show what our nature looks like. For those who are participating, thank you… it’s been amazing to see how different the seasons are from place to place… and how beautiful.
Week 13 /52
Southern California is green from the Spring rain and the wildflowers have sprung up everywhere. The birds are singing, the bees are buzzing and Nature is radiant in her newness.
We are feeling full of the joys of life.
I hope you’ll participate in 52 Weeks in Nature and leave a link to your site in the comments below so that we can all see the beauty you have found.

Lovely wildflowers! Is the yellow mustard? I had forgotten all about mustard plants until I saw your photos, but they used to grow all around San Diego, when I was young. My link is at http://www.bluebellsandcockleshells.com/2014/03/52-weeks-in-nature-week-13-week-of-white.html
Your moss is utterly enchanting, Maureen!!!! I’m in love with moss!
Yes, the yellow is mustard. The bees LOVE it.

Lovely photographs Donni. The wildflowers are so beautiful, what a nice part of the world you live in. Here is my week 13 http://sibylnutmeg.co.uk/52-weeks-nature-2/
It’s true, Sibyl… it took me so long to realize that all the beauty I was longing for was right here, in this huge city, all along. We do have to drive to find it but here it is, none the less.
Beautiful photos! I’m enjoying this series so much!

Beautiful!! I think Nature is getting married in white :-)
Hi Donna! I love your photos this week, so warm and warm, and warm. Also very intimate and reflective and just gorgeous!
My children stayed in the house during my little photo shot. :)
