  3. Cool! I only recently learned about how complex and varied lichen are. They are kind of my new obsession, though I’m not sure how good I am at spotting them. Supposedly some trees, which people think are constantly peeling, are actually “peeling” lichen not bark. I planted British Soldiers in our terrarium and have been very happy with how they are doing. I’m not sure if they will reproduce, I’m realizing that I need to look up how lichen reproduce…. Anyway, we had a bunny visit us this week and my daughter has been very caught up in watching for it every day. http://www.bluebellsandcockleshells.com/2014/04/52-weeks-in-nature-week-14-our-happy.html BTW, she wanted to know where your rabbit photo was taken. Is it a pet rabbit?

  4. I love lichens and moss – like I said in my previous post, they’re almost like an entirely alien world in miniature! I’m ever so late joining in with last weeks 52 Weeks (it’s been rather busy!) But here it is: http://ninnynoodlenoo.com/52-weeks-in-nature-week-14/

I already have the photos to edit for week 15 – just need to catch up on myself!
