Teaching Timone How To Climb - The Magic Onions

Teaching Timone How To Climb

Kitty has had an important job… she’s been teaching Timone to climb.

Each day, she takes him to the avocado tree and climbs with him.

At first, he was so scared and would immediately scurry back onto Kitty’s shoulder.

But now, he climbs right to the top of the tree. Up and down… around and around.

He now spends most of the day in the avocado tree. We leave him a little water bottle up there and some nuts and seeds and he scurries around and then sleeps, spread out on a comfy branch.

These squirrel days have been a great joy!

  2. Geeez, I believe you and your family are thee most magical creatures I have ever met (read about;) … We are in Canada where Squirrels are a plenty!!! A plenty Pest (according to some). We do however have Chipmunks that we can train, feed, and keep living outdoors near our homes in their wee burrows (but they’d dare to come inside!) We have a family of them that have lived in the same spot under neighbours shed for literally 16 years, so that HOW Many chipmunk family generations now ….? Anywho! Are you all ever blessed to be able to get that close with a wild animal. Be Safe and enjoy :D
