I’m so proud of my whimsical Fairy Garden book, Magical Miniature Gardens and Homes. I can’t tell you how awesome it is to hold it in my hands and page through it, looking at the photos of the fairy gardens I made. It brings back such meaningful memories.
So, being a fairy garden expert now, when I saw that the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, in Boothbay, ME, had a fairy house display, I just had to visit.
They didn’t disappoint… the fairy houses there are charming. What I loved most is that they are made from nature bits picked up from the forests and meadows around the gardens… birch bark, twigs and moss, feathers and acorns. Just my kind of stuff! My favorite was the little spinning wheel… can’t wait to make one for myself.
If you are anywhere near Portland, ME, it’s totally worth making the 1 hour journey north to see these sweet fairy houses.
And, of course, you must buy my book!
Blessings and magic,
Donni

It’s so lovely to see the photo of your book posted here on your blog. I was wondering why you haven’t shared more about it in this space. I was thrilled to review it last year ❤️
